PRACTICE TAI CHI TOGETHER FOR WORLD HEALTH & HARMONY

Dear Members,

The New Year of the Ox has begun, as we continue to fight COVID-19 together. We wish all members and their families a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.  May good fortune shine upon you now and always.

WTQA has initiated an online Zoom activity for all Tai Chi practitioners, to improve people’s awareness of self-health, the ability to maintain mental health, and confidence to our life. It is also a chance for people to come together and train in harmony as one. 

We invite Tai Chi practitioners to join us on: 

  • Saturday, February 27, 2021

  • Time: 2:30pm Melbourne Time (11:30 am Beijing time)

  • Duration: 40 minutes approximately

We will practice:  

  1. Stylish Taichi form – “Eight methods and Five-step”

  2. Traditional Taichi form – “Twenty-four style”

  3. Qi Gong form - Ba Duan Jin

It would be appreciated if Members are able to take a video of either yourself or of your group/class and forward a copy to WTQA to be included in our recording of this event.  Please contact Geoff at geoff@wtqa.org.au .
