Current First Aid Certificate - You guarantee that each class has at least one individual who has a current First Aid Certificate and is designated as the First Aid Officer.

Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance Certificate.

Signed copy of the WTQA Code of Conduct.

Signed GIC requirements for a weapons exemption (including your initials on each page)(if relevant).
