I joined the Hong Kong Club Tai Chi Group Inc. (TCG) in 2006 with no experience in Tai Chi.  I have since trained in Yang, Sun and Hao forms under the guidance of Sifu Sam Au, Sifu Angelina Chung and Sifu Susan Berryman. 

I participated in WTQA competition in 2013 attaining a gold medal in the group event and in 2014 attaining two silver and a bronze medals in both group and individual events.

I am currently TCG’s Secretary and one of the assistant instructors helping to run the classes
